I am frustrated with the 9500, so called Storm, The device is basically good, very good, but the UI (user interface) sucks so far. I am told to persist for a month! The screen keyboard is clumsy, and I get weird words coming out and the device can be slow to respond at times, this would be ok, but with touch screen it feels like you missed the key rather than device delay.
An actual transcript without adjustment, apologies to those with the now protected identities:

Cool.
It takes a bit of time to get used to, so hopefully you’ll get used to the keyboard soon.
Cheers,

On the other hand scrolling, picture viewing, taking photos, viewing appointments is a pleasure. There are odd “misses” with the UI in terms of not having direct access to Blackberry’s amazing shortcuts.
What do I want? the storm touch screen with a slide out bold keyboard, tech Nirvana!

The MD says all the Storm needs is the scroll button from the Bold/Curve, but he seems pretty happy, and he’s a difficult one to please.
I’ve found that Twitterberry kills my Curve’s battery, so I’ve uninstalled it
The real problem is that it’s just not an iPhone. Come over to the dark side Mr D.
